Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pgsolt platform at pgsolt.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "pgsolt", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, "the Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

pgsolt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, pgsolt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members, and any individual accessing the Platform through any device, browser, or connection type. The Platform is operated in English and all legal communications, notices, and dispute correspondence will be conducted in English.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use pgsolt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. pgsolt strictly prohibits access by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by pgsolt for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register that applies to your jurisdiction.
• You are the lawful owner of the payment method(s) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of pgsolt or any of its affiliated studios, technology providers, or payment processing partners.

pgsolt enforces the 18+ age requirement through NID (National Identity Document) verification at the point of first withdrawal, and may request age verification documents at any earlier point at its sole discretion. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, and any net winnings derived from real-money play may be withheld pending investigation.

By ticking the registration checkbox and completing the sign-up process, you confirm under your own responsibility that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. pgsolt relies on this self-declaration in good faith and reserves the right to verify it at any point.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and withdrawal functions on pgsolt, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account at pgsolt at any given time. The existence of more than one account per individual — whether registered under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. If any of your registration details change after account creation, you must update your account profile promptly or notify support at [email protected].

Identity Verification (KYC): pgsolt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to confirm the identity of all withdrawing users. As part of KYC you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back scan or photograph.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).
• A screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) showing the account holder name matching your pgsolt registration.
• A selfie or live photograph holding your NID, if requested by the verification team.

KYC documents must be submitted via the account dashboard's verification section. pgsolt will review submitted documents within 3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documents will be rejected and you will be notified to resubmit. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

pgsolt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where verification documents cannot be confirmed, where the account holder is found to have provided false information at registration, or where activity on the account raises reasonable concerns about identity fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on pgsolt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pgsolt does not apply currency conversion to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT, and there are no conversion fees charged by pgsolt on standard BDT transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction limits or fees, which are outside pgsolt's control.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time based on third-party service conditions. pgsolt will publish currently available methods in the Cashier section of the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Limits are specified per payment method in the Cashier section and may be subject to review for large amounts.
• Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are reflected in your pgsolt wallet instantly in normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 15 minutes during BST business hours. First-time withdrawals and large amounts may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.

All funds deposited into your pgsolt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

pgsolt reserves the right to request proof of payment source for any deposit. Where a deposit is made using a payment method that does not match the account holder's registered name, pgsolt may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and may ultimately return them to the originating payment method without applying any winnings earned from those funds.

pgsolt does not accept deposits made with the intention of withdrawing without genuine play. Any pattern of depositing and immediately requesting a withdrawal without placing bets will be treated as an abuse of the payment system and may result in account review or closure.

Bonuses & Promotions

pgsolt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the registration process. Some bonuses require a qualifying deposit to activate.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.
• Bonus funds may only be used to wager on games or markets that count toward the stated wagering requirement. Some game types (e.g., certain live dealer tables or sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — this will be specified in the promotion terms.
• pgsolt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, withdrawal or modification of that specific bonus will not apply retroactively unless abuse is suspected.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the placement of opposing bets — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets available on the pgsolt Platform are supplied by certified third-party studios and data providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. pgsolt does not develop its own game software. Each game operates according to the rules published by the originating studio, which are accessible within each game's interface.

Random Number Generation: All slot, table, and instant-win games on pgsolt use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited by the certifying bodies retained by each studio. pgsolt does not modify game parameters, RTP settings, or any other aspect of the game software supplied to the Platform. The RTP figures applicable to games on pgsolt are those published by the studios and are not altered by pgsolt's configuration.

Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting odds are provided by pgsolt's data partners and are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being published, pgsolt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or suspended will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted except under the specific circumstances described in the relevant sport's rules.
• pgsolt reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to network latency. pgsolt accepts no responsibility for connection issues that result in a bet not being placed within the intended timeframe.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated account activity — will result in bet voidance and account suspension pending investigation.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors: In the event of a game or system malfunction, any bets or game rounds that cannot be properly completed or verified will be voided and stakes returned. pgsolt accepts no liability for losses resulting from a system error, internet outage, server disruption, or any other technical failure beyond our reasonable control. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the pgsolt Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process; impersonating another person; or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in violation of applicable law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format on the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated approach designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a deposit made to pgsolt. All deposit disputes must be raised directly with pgsolt's support team in the first instance.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, interfering with its infrastructure, or introducing malicious code of any kind.
• Offensive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive language in any communication with pgsolt's support team or in any public forum associated with pgsolt.

pgsolt reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations at any time. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, pgsolt may take immediate action including account suspension, fund freezing, forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, permanent account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your pgsolt account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pgsolt will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any wagering requirement progress will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by pgsolt: pgsolt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months with a zero balance.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring pgsolt to restrict access for specific users or categories of users.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications. To reinstate an account following a temporary self-exclusion, please contact support. Requests to shorten a permanent self-exclusion will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and are at pgsolt's discretion.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity with a real-money balance greater than zero. pgsolt will notify you by email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administrative fees, will be described in the notification sent to your registered email address.

Disputes: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may raise a dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute". pgsolt aims to respond to account disputes within 5 business days. All dispute communications will be conducted in English.
